42 Degrees and No Beach

Looking at my daughters bathers on the clothes line tonight and having consecutive days over 40 degrees, I think I should consider moving my business to the coast. At least there would be a beach to welcome me after work. The building we are currently renting as an office has no air conditioner and the water cooler struggled to keep the office below 35 degrees today.
