Headed out to Point Peron in Rockingham for a sunset shoot with the family and my cousin last night. It was an extremely windy evening but still managed to make the trip worthwhile with this sunset.
It was challenging to find a position where the tripod would be stable from the blustering wind and still maintain a good view of the sunset. There was limited spots protected from the strong westerly wind.
Rocky limestone is prominent along this section of coastline interspersed between sections of beach.
Whilst it is not the greatest sunset I have captured I do plan to return to this location. Hopefully it will be a calmer evening providing more flexibility on where to set up for the shoot.
